Situated 45-minutes from Bristol airport and a 1.5-hours from London Heathrow Airport, Westonbirt House offers a bold and impressive backdrop for corporate events in the heart of the Cotswolds.  

From an off-site board meeting, or intimate client dinner, to a department away day or full company summer party, we can do it all. All of our historical state rooms can be converted to suit a variety of needs, ensuring your meeting or conference is not only productive, but also memorable. 

A choice of heritage rooms, breakout spaces, and versatile outdoor sports and leisure facilities combine to meet the brief for any type of event.  

Our grounds are perfect for teambuilding and away days. A brilliant way to boost morale, encourage creativity and cultivate team spirit whilst your team have a chance to let their hair down. We work with leading event companies, such as ACF Events, to ensure you get the very most out of your day.

We also understand the importance of staff well-being within the workplace, and invite you to escape the office for the tranquility of Westonbirt House, where we can work with you to create a bespoke and rewarding day for your team. We have delivered corporate events that included experiences such as art & cookery courses, cycling, yoga, golf at our own 9-hole golf course, camping under the stars and wine tasting.

Delegate day rates start at £45 + VAT per person and overnight delegates stay for £125 + VAT per person per night. Please speak to the Event Team about the following optional extras that we can provide to enhance your delegate experience: 

  • Access to the leisure facilities 
  • Off-site trip to Westonbirt Arboretum 
  • Upgrade to a BBQ lunch in The Italian Garden
