Home to Westonbirt School, a leading independent boarding and day school, the stunning staterooms and relaxed outdoor spaces are available to hire and perfect for business events and private parties. 

Private Parties 

A unique and memorable place for any occasion such as a milestone birthday, retirement, reunion or special family event. With in-house catering and dedicated event team with experience hosting a range of celebrations, the state rooms and gardens at Westonbirt House can combined to create the perfect backdrop and setting.  

Corporate Events 

The staterooms at Westonbirt House can combine to provide the perfect meeting place for any size of business meeting or corporate event. We have hosted team away-days, client entertainment evenings, board meetings and fundraising events for charities and commercial businesses.  

Conferences & Awards Ceremonies  

From large conferences that need a main meeting space and breakout zones, to catered award ceremonies and gala dinners, the Great Hall and adjacent rooms provide you with a number of gather and banqueting options.  Our dedicated event team provide bespoke solutions.   

Residential Hire 

For campus based events over a number of days, we have residential stay options as Westonbirt House. From corporate delegates, language schools, travel groups and sports or performance based activities, there are a wide range of options across 3 sites – The House, The Courtyard and The Retreat. A total of 140 beds ranging from single rooms to dormitories mean we can tailor a package to suit your needs. 

Golf Coaching & Lessons  

For beginners and developing players, our resident PGA golf professional can be booked for private coaching or small group lessons.  The 9-hole golf course is an ideal and inclusive beginners course where golfers can improve their game and develop confidence before committing to a club membership at one of the local golf clubs.   

Swimming Classes & Aquafit 

The Westonbirt Swim Academy is based at Westonbirt School at the modern 25m heated indoor pool. Alongside junior swimming lessons, our specialist swimming instructors provide private swimming lessons and water-based exercise classes for children and adults in the local community
